November 2025: Community Consultation drop-in events on the Proposals for the Site
We held a series of events in November 2025, to gather the views of stakeholders and the local community on our emerging proposals for the site. The materials displayed at the public exhibitions can be viewed by clicking on the link here.
The period of public consultation ran until Monday 8th December and we would like to thank everyone who submitted feedback to the consultation for letting us know their thoughts on different aspects of our proposals. Following a review of all the feedback received, we have further developed our proposals and will shortly be submitting an Outline Planning Application to St Albans City and District Council.
